    Since few months ,Microsoft publishing some great guides (deep dive) on SCCM Configmgr understanding and troubleshooting process ,tips and tricks that will help Configmgr administrators in solving issues.

    It is really hard to find these useful links through search engines when needed for reference and to  send it internally for the team to go through .

    I have tracked all the useful links in my OneNote and I have decided to let it go out for public incase for reference.

    This blog post will be updating now and then ,when there is new content available.

      Hi,

      When iam formatting system its getting formatted but again iam getting the same hostname to the new systems also.Iam facing this issue in hp elitebook 840 G7 model only.When i see in sccm console i see only one entry not 2 entries and for earlier formatted laptop iam getting trust relationship error.Please can you help on this.

        Hi,
        sorry for the delay. if the computer record exist in SCCM, you get same computer name when you are doing OSD unless you add custom task for new PC name. if the computer name is same old and new, there is going to be 1 record in SCCM because it overrides the old name with new name. Though you have new GUID id for the computer.
